When Ute met Caravan.

We appreciate your correspondence and always like to share interesting stories. With that in mind we received this cracker recently from Paul and Maureen.

"Hi Dallas and Summer,

Paul and I just wanted to give feedback on our experience dealing with you both on our disastrous caravan insurance claim. We were thoroughly impressed with how quickly our claim was handled and very happy with the outcome. In this day and age of bureaucratic insurance companies and outsourced customer service, we were nervous the complexities of our claim would end in many frustrating phone calls with numerous different people. This wasn't the case at all and it was such a pleasant surprise to deal with 'real people' who listened to our circumstances and seemed to actually care about finding a solution for us as quickly as possible. I'm not sure StarInsure/Campercare would take us back again after our debacle, but we'd definitely use your company again and highly recommend to others. (FYI, Paul has become somewhat of a legend in rural Matata. We used to just be 'those people that lived in their caravan' and now Paul is 'that guy who put his ute through the caravan')
