Rent your RV through Mighway and earn extra cash

Tourism Holdings Ltd, the world’s largest motorhome company and operator of the Maui, Britz and Kea rental businesses, asked Star Insurance Specialists to develop specialist insurance policies for Mighway, to provide insurance coverage on motorhomes while they were rented between the vehicle owner and private renters.

We ended up developing seamless insurance coverage for vehicle owners, so that if a claim was necessary, everything would be sorted without the vehicle owner having to bounce between their own personal insurance and Mighway insurance.

We then developed an additional product exclusively for Star customers, whereby if they registered their vehicle with Mighway and had a current Star CamperCare policy, they could also purchase a policy to protect them for any lost income if their vehicle was damaged and couldn’t be used for upcoming confirmed Mighway bookings.
